Should I sign up?

Placester’s NAR Edition websites can be used in a variety of ways. If you’re a new or veteran REALTOR® with a minimal web presence, Placester’s NAR Edition websites are the perfect solution for building an affordable, professional online foundation for your business.

If you’re an experienced REALTOR® with an existing website, either through Placester or from another provider, you can still employ our NAR Edition to create a second site that caters to a specific niche. For instance, you can use your NAR Edition website with Placester’s global listing filters to target a certain audience (e.g. sellers, rentals, investment), geographic area (e.g. zip code, neighborhood), or property type (e.g. multifamily, commercial).

I have a $5 website through the REALTOR Benefits® Program. What should I do?

Under our former REALTOR Benefits® offer, NAR members could create a Placester website with some enhanced features (e.g. blogging, featured listings, additional site designs, unlimited pages) at a discounted rate of $5 a month. If you’re currently using a $5 Placester site, and taking advantage of these additional features, don’t worry: you can continue using your current site for as long as you want, at the same price.

If you’re looking to grow your real estate business more quickly, consider upgrading to one of our advanced subscription bundles. Or, if you’re looking to save money, and not interested in extra features, Placester’s NAR Edition websites are a great option.
